Civil Aviation Authority want compensation for customers whose flights were cancelled due to strikes, tips for travel and how can co-ownership tenants build on their credit score.

The Civil Aviation Authority says Ryanair should compensate customers whose flights were cancelled or delayed because of strikes by Ryanair pilots and cabin crew. Ryanair, doesn't agree. What is the next step? And do affected customers have to do anything?
