Professor Muddles demonstrates his latest invention, the Muddle Fit Ten Thousand. It helps him keep in shape by ensuring that he walks ten thousands steps a day, then gives him a cupcake reward. Keith Fitt is also keeping fit with another world record attempt: he's attempting to dance for three days and nights, but will he stay awake? Arthur Sleep is dancing too and tries to read the news whilst playing a game of musical statues with Doreen. 

Meanwhile, Gail Force meets a living statue, and the Giggle Kids tell a joke about a boomerang. It's a sunny day at Nana Knickerbocker's Panto Farm Shop but when a customer arrives asking for ice cream, Nana mistakes her for the Ice Queen. Finally, we catch up with Rapids Johnson, who is also dancing. With no music in the woods, Rapids does his best to imagine some music, but unbeknown to him a DJ Bear appears and provides some dance tunes.
