Doris, Dolly and the Dressing Room Divas… at Christmas! runs until Sunday the 16th of December before going on to Oran Mor in Glasgow from the 19th until the 23rd of December, we hear from three of the women behind the show - the show’s creator award winning writer and director MORAG FULLARTON, award winning musical director HILARY BROOKS and one of the show’s producers - Artistic Director of the Gilded Balloon, Karen Koren.

Nick Urata, is the frontman from DeVotchKa and a film composer for the latest Paddington film, Crazy Stupid Love, and the recent Netflix adaptation of A Series of Unfortunate Events! He joins Janice ahead of the bands show at King Tut’s in Glasgow about the release of their latest album after 7 years.

Amy MacDonald’s song WOMAN OF THE WORLD is our Single of the Week.  She caught up with Janice on the day her latest album was released.

J. O. Morgan has made the shortlist for the 2018 COSTA BOOK AWARDS – he tells Janice all about his poetic inspiration and his nominated piece,  ASSURANCES.

Scottish Zombie-Musical ANNA AND THE APOCALYPSE has its release this week in cinemas on Friday. Roddy Hart and Tommy Reilly composed and wrote the soundtrack and they join Janice in the studio to tell her all about it and will give us a listen to some of the tracks.
