A man in The Moy called Frank Bell was stopped for not having a bell on his bicycle.

Johnny Fee says there was a man in The Moy who was called Frank Bell. He was out on his bicycle and a policeman stopped him and said 'There's no bell on your bicycle'. So Frank got back on and said 'There's a bell on it now' and cycled away. Sean thinks this may not be a true story. Frank says the only band he remembers from Coalisland were Owen Roe O'Neill and The Twilights. Who was the original 'Shanks' in Shanks Pony?
