With the darker evenings coming in, Caroline McMenamin - a former model turned mental health counsellor shares her experience of Seasonal Affective Disorder – and shares some tips for trying to overcome it. 

John also meets Angela McCauley who went from graduating in neuroscience to creating ‘memory keeper cushions’ with dementia patients.
