There have been several attempts to kill or injure leading public figures in the United States by sending bombs in the mail. The intended victims have included former President Obama and Bill and Hilary Clinton. In all cases so far the bombs have been detected and dealt with. Whistleblowers exposing corruption in Kenya might be awarded 10% of money or assets recovered as a result of their evidence, if a new bill there becomes law.
