As Good Morning Sunday continues with Radio 2's Faith in the World Week, Kate and Jason are joined by Magid Magid.

At 28 he has become a global celebrity since being elected Lord Mayor of Sheffield. A picture of him wearing his gold mayoral chain and a yellow baseball cap went viral. A Muslim immigrant, Magid has experienced his fair share of racism and he tells Jason and Kate why he had to flee Somalia, his teenage years in a gang and how he transformed his life to become a local politician working to bring communities together.

And as Kate and Jason continue their training for their Big Swim in the chilly water of Salford Quays, BBC Breakfast's Louise Minchin shares some of her own training tips for cold water swimming.
