Thousands of teachers from across Scotland held a march and rally in Glasgow on Saturday in support of a pay demand. Should Scottish teachers be given a ten per cent pay rise?

Thousands of teachers from across Scotland held a march and rally in Glasgow on Saturday in support of a pay demand.  Members of the Educational Institute of Scotland (EIS) want a 10% rise after years of pay restraint.  The EIS said the value of teachers' pay had fallen by more than a fifth over the past decade.

SECRET SISTERS
The Canadian woman whose mother's deathbed confession led her to Scotland and the sister she never knew she had.  Lynn Lonnkvist from Vancouver and her siblings found out their mum Hilda gave birth at the age of 16 to a baby girl back in Scotland who she'd then put up for adoption. The news meant Lynn and her siblings began a journey to trace their secret sister... Anderine Drysdale, a Gran of four, from Peterhead.
