Is austerity really ending? Small business, a teacher and a doctor give Phil their views

The chancellor says austerity is at an end. Phil asks the Federation of Small Businesses, a secondary school headteacher and a hospital doctor for their view of the budget.

The Chancellor delivered his final budget before Brexit this afternoon, claiming it was one for hardworking families who weren't interested in the twists and turns of Westminster - and insisting that the age of austerity was at an end. 

But is it? 

Phil asks the Federation of Small Businesses, a secondary school teacher and a hospital doctor for their view of the budget. 

Also on the programme, Phil speaks to the writer Luke Jennings, the creator of Killing Eve. His latest book in the Villanelle series, "No Tomorrow" has just been published.
