The Twirlywoos are in a kitchen watching a man washing his clothes. A knock at the door startles the man, and he accidentally gets himself very wet! While he's answering the door, the Twirlywoos decide to have a go at washing his clothes - as well as some other things they find in the kitchen. 

On the Big Red Boat, Peekaboo is getting wet from a mysterious stream of water, and the Twirlywoos have fun splashing around in the puddles it makes.
