Fearne Cotton sits in for Claudia Winkleman and welcomes Lucy Siegle to the studio.

This Sunday Fearne is joined by journalist and author Lucy Siegle to discuss the issues with plastic. In the wake of the Blue Planet we're becoming more conscious about the effects of using plastic and so Lucy, author of Turning the Tide on Plastic, is here to give us simple tips on how we can start making everyday eco-friendly changes.

In addition to this Fearne will be brightening our Sunday evenings and easing us into the week ahead with a fantastic selection of tunes, chosen by herself and you. In Fearne’s Feelgood Factor, she will play two tracks back-to-back – one from the Noughties, one from the Nineties – to give you an extra energy boost, and find out which new track has earned the title of Fearne’s Firecracker.
