Women in India are reportedly taking pills to delay their periods to go to places of worship – but are British Asians also expected to avoid places of worship during their periods?

Are British Asian women expected not to go to a place of worship during their periods? We’re asking this after reports that women in India are taking pills to delay their periods because they're not allowed to worship whilst they are menstruating. After that, Dil will be speaking to members of the “Welcome Here” multi-faith group in Leamington Spa who are working to help refugees integrate into Britain. Later Dil will be joined by this week’s guru, Vena Ramphal will be giving out advice on dating and relationships.
