Plans to cap energy prices, the high-tech makeover being given to milk on the doorstep, and the people who say they have had horrendous experiences travelling with Norwegian Air.

The energy regulator, Ofgem, is providing more details today about how it plans to cap energy prices. What will this mean for bills and will it really protect those who are in fuel poverty?
