Michael Ball hosts this annual finale to the BBC Proms 2018 season. Headlined by soul legend Gladys Knight, the day's performers also include Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter Josh Groban, tenor Joseph Calleja, Vegas favourite and Bros frontman Matt Goss, chart topping acts Lisa Stansfield and Albert Hammond,  British Americana group The Wandering Hearts, saxophonist Jess Gillam, the cast from the musical Bat out of Hell and assorted members of the community choir sensation Rock Choir. The evening culminates in a Last night of the Proms singalong led by the BBC Concert Orchestra  conducted by Richard Balcombe.
