$16bn of new tariffs issued on Chinese goods

$16bn of new tariffs issued on Chinese goods.

The White House imposes $16 billion worth of new tariffs on Chinese goods, including chemicals, plastics and motorbikes. These duties come on top of the $34 billion worth of tariffs imposed on China in July.
