President Trump has strongly denied allegations made by his former lawyer, Michael Cohen.

President Trump has strongly denied using election campaign finance to make payments to two women who say he had affairs with them. We hear from Daniel Lipmann, co-author of the daily newsletter Politico Playbook. With President Trump under pressure following guilty verdicts and pleas in the cases of former aides Paul Manafort and Michael Cohen, our economic commentator Irwin Stelzer of the Hudson Institute tells us whether the president might also be in jeopardy.  We get a markets update from Schmidt of Westwood Holding. Also in the programme, Venezuelans have been fleeing their country as the economic crisis there gets worse, with thousands arriving in neighbouring Colombia and  Brazil.
