Sophie has a technical test to pass, while James and Ekraj have a surprise visit.

Following some of the UK's most promising young gymnasts. Sophie has a technical test to pass, while James and Ekraj have a visit from a surprise mentor.

Rhythmic gymnast Sophie wants to compete at this year's British Championships, but to qualify for the competition she has to pass a very difficult technical test, and coach Sarah has some concerns. Male Elites, James and Ekraj are also aiming for the British Champs and their coach Karen has called in a surprise mentor to help them nail some tricky new skills. The special guest is also Nile Wilson's Commonwealth Champion teammate and he's determined to give the boys a bit of a boost and make sure they beat Nile this time when they take on in his speed challenge.
