Dunmurry Manor care home - Dept of Health tells Nolan Show they've yet to announce terms of reference - nearly two months after they announced a review into the scandal.

Dunmurry Manor care home. We promised you we'd keep across any new developments into the scandal. Dreadful historic abuse of elderly people had been going on in the dementia care home in north Belfast over a number of years. Nearly two months ago the Department of Health announced a review into the failings of the home. Well, we can reveal this morning that the terms of reference of that review have yet to be set. The Department of Health has told us that as "a result of this no date has been set for publishing the review team's findings." Stephen got reaction from SDLP councillor Brian Heading who gave us his reaction.

Also on the programme, there has been widespread condemnation after victims campaigner Willie Frazer was mocked on a sign on an anti-interment bonfire in Newry. Mr Frazer's father Bertie, a part-time UDR soldier, was killed in an IRA gun attack in Ballymoyer in 1975. A sign saying "Willie Frazer have you found your daddy yet?" was displayed on top of the bonfire yesterday. Stephen spoke to Ulster Unionist Councillor David Taylor, Allison Morris from the Irish News, former Assistant Chief Constable Alan McQuillan and loyalist blogger Jamie Bryson.

And, there is fresh controversy this morning over the revelation that Michael Stone opened a sale of his artwork while on temporary release from prison. Among those in attendance were the former DUP MLA Sammy Douglas, the DUP Cllr George Dorrian and the Grand Secretary of the Orange Order Mervyn Gibson. BBC's Investigations Correspondent Kevin Magee broke the story, he joined Stephen in the studio - and we got reaction from east Belfast community worker Jim Wilson, commentator Chris Donnelly and Roddy Hackett - Michael Stone was convicted of murdering Roddy's brother Dermot in 1987.
