With British film, theatre and television actress Maureen Lipman, comedian Jack Docherty and live music from Britain's Got Talent semi-finalist Jess Robinson.

The Afternoon Show's first festival offering at the BBC Blue Tent promises to brighten up your day whether you're in the audience or listening on the radio! 

Janice will hear from the brilliant British film, theatre and television actress, columnist and comedian MAUREEN LIPMAN, marking 50 years since she first came to the Edinburgh Fringe with her new show MAUREEN LIPMAN IS UP FOR IT!

The amazing JESS ROBINSON will provide uplifting musical accompaniment to the proceedings with her spot-on celebrity impressions, musical comedy and stunning vocal gymnastics, and the brilliant Jack Docherty will be on hand to discuss his Fringe show Miekelson and McGlashan - Serious Men!

Returning to the Fringe for the first time in 20 years, comedian Jim Tavare tells the story of how a quick trip to the shops changed his life forever: he was involved in a near fatal head-on automobile collision in Los Angeles! 

Janice will also hear have live music from the Jennifer Ewan Band and not one, not two, not three, but four (!) former Blue Peter Presenters!
