Why are growing numbers of children in England not sleeping in a bed of their own?

A look at the thousands of children forced to share a bed with a sibling or parent, how to date without apps, healthy language learning and coercive control.

How do you know if a child isn't sleeping in a bed? According to the charity Buttle UK, around 420,000 children don't have a bed of their own. We find out how this impacts on them with the Chief Executive of Buttle UK Gerri McAndrew and assistant head teacher Bex Wilson who took action when she realised a pupil was sleeping on the floor. 

Woman's Lab continues! We try to help three women find love. Today we hear advice from Jean Smith, the author of 'Flirtology, Stop Swiping. Start Talking and Find Love'. 

The Education Secretary Damian Hinds says it is a "scandal" that some children still start school unable to speak in full sentences. Mary Hartshorne from the children's communication charity I CAN joins us to share the simple things you can do to help your child speak more fluently.

And since coercive and controlling behaviour became an offence in 2015, there has been growing concern about the Police's recognition of this crime. We speak to Dr Charlotte Barlow who is leading a pilot to train officers in this area and Assistant Chief Constable Julie Cook from Merseyside, which is one of the forces taking part.
