President Trump talks tariffs with European Commission chief Jean-Claude Juncker

President Trump says talks are beginning with aim of getting rid of almost all tariffs and barriers to trade between Europe and the US. And Brussels has agreed to buy far more soya beans and liquid natural gas. We ask our regular economic commentator Irwin Stelzer to explain why Trump believes tariffs are “the greatest”.
