Chris is joined by Anton Du Beke of Strictly fame, '80s pop icon Kim Wilde and ex-politician-turned-media star Ed Balls. Plus, All Saints perform live in the studio.

Anton Du Beke tells Chris about his brand new UK tour 'Dance Those Magical Musicals' with his partner Erin Boag and talks about filming the new series of Strictly. Kim Wilde talks about her new fourteenth album 'Here Come The Aliens', inspired by her own sighting of a UFO. Ed Balls shares tales of touring America's Deep South to meet with Trump supporters for his new BBC Two series 'Travels in Trumpland with Ed Balls'. All Saints will be perform new music from their fifth album 'Testament' alongside some of their classic hits. Plus the usual news headlines, sports updates and a daily Pause for Thought from Reverend Richard Coles.
