After quitting her job to move to Paris, Rachel graduated from Le Cordon Bleu and set up a pop-up restaurant in her minuscule flat. She only had room for two diners at a time but when dates were advertised on social media sites, they were often snapped up within 20 seconds. 

Rachel has now bid farewell to her beloved Parisian kitchen and moved to Sweden in the pursuit of love. Having made the country her home, Rachel now lives in Sweden with her husband and young son. In her new book The Little Swedish Kitchen, Rachel shares over 100 delicious and seasonal Swedish recipes from her new little Scandi kitchen by the season - celebrating traditional fare, embracing local ingredients, exploring what the locals eat at home and offering her own fresh and delicious takes.
