Reports say suspects have been identified after the attack on a Russian ex-spy in the UK

Police are believed to have identified the suspected perpetrators of the Novichok attack on a Russian ex-spy and his daughter in the UK. Reports say several Russians were involved in the attempted murder of Sergei and Yulia Skripal in Salisbury. We get more on the story. Another big story in the Russian press is from the Moscow Times, which says Russia is planing to raise the country's retirement age.
