Film review day and new releases Adrift, Leave No Trace and Calibre are up for review by our critics Ross Maclean and Paul Gallagher. We'll also be hearing from British actor Sam Claflin about his role in that shipwreck drama, Adrift.

Ade Edmondson, comedian, actor and writer, talks to Grant about his second book for children, Junkyard Jack and the Horse that Talked.

Grant meets the cast of The Band, a brand new musical featuring the music of Take That, playing Glasgow and Edinburgh this fortnight.

And Time Trial is a new Scottish documentary following former British national road champion cyclist David Millar in his final season as he tries one last time to reclaim his champion status. Receiving its Scottish premiere at the Edinburgh International Film Festival this week and on general release, we hear from David, and director Finlay Pretsell.
