Chris speaks to Dame Elizabeth Anionwu about her journey discovering the effects of the sickle cell disease and going on to open over 30 sickle cell counselling centres across the UK. Jo Brand tells us how she went from psychiatric nurse to comedian and hosting BBC Two's medical-themed quiz show Britain's Best Junior Doctor.
