Stephen spoke to the chief commissioner of the NI Human Rights Commission, Les Allemby.

Families of residents of the scandal hit care home Dunmurry manor say their solicitor is considering taking legal action against all statutory agencies up to and including former health ministers. This is the third day of the Nolan show's investigation into just what went on in the home for elderly people just outside Belfast.
