Does the UK need to apologise for bombing Raqqa?

Does the UK need to apologise for bombing Raqqa in Syria? And do you have sympathy for Fiona Bruce who says she feels guilty for being a working mother?

Amnesty International says it has evidence that hundreds of civilians were killed in coalition strikes in the fight against IS. The MOD says rigorous steps were taken to minimise civilian harm and that there has only been one casualty.
Does the UK need to apologise for bombing Raqqa? 

And TV presenter Fiona Bruce says she feels guilty for being a working mother. Fiona has two children and says she feels bad she wasn't around for her children like her mother was for her.
