Ainle Ó Cairealláin founded his gym in County Cork, and knows all too well about preconceptions of ‘the perfect body’.  He speaks to Fearghal Mag Uiginn about body image and the pressure people put themselves under for that perfect beach body in the run up to summer.  We also hear from Ciarán Dunbar as he travels to Auchindrain in Scotland to find out whether you can revive a dialect that is almost gone.  And finally, Mark Harte is on hand to analyse the weekend’s G.A.A sporting action.
