Award winning science writer Rita Carter chats to Roy about her latest book 'The Brain In Minutes' which investigates how our brains work and what makes them such an incredible part of the body. 
Plus plenty of great music from the 1940s, 50s and beyond, and songs by two choirs - The Burlington Welsh Male Chorus from Canada which is singing on the pitch ahead of the Wales v South Africa rugby international in Washington on Saturda;  and ladies' choir Cantorian Cyfarthfa from Merthyr, which has a new album out called 'That's Entertainment'.
