Lauren Laverne is joined in the 6 Music Live Room by Cut Chemist and Chali 2na, formerly of Jurassic 5, who've worked together on Cut Chemist's latest album.

When Chali 2na last came to the 6 Music Live room, with Krafty Kuts and Dynamite MC, Lauren declared that joyous collaboration to be the best thing of 2018.

Today, the big-voiced legend returns. And this time he's in the company of another Jurassic 5 member, Cut Chemist, who released his album Die Cut in March.
They perform new track Work My Mind and an epic Jurassic 5 medley.

Ahead of that session, in Mental Health Awareness Week, this week's People's Playlist features the tunes that listeners turn to when they're feeling stressed. The selection includes Massive Attack, John Grant and Nina Simone.
