Ben Shires is in France to see if figure-skating superstars, Alex and JD can break two records - one for the frankly rather dangerous most headbangers in 30 seconds and the other for the frankly even more dangerous-sounding longest backflip on ice - a record that has stood for 31 years. Can they pull either of them off?

Haruka brings us a record from China involving some unbelievable soccer skills and the frankly ridiculous idea of using them whilst going up a very long ladder backwards, and after three series can Ben (with a lot of help from Mr Cherry) finally break a record of his very own?

Officially Competitive also continues with US Ray, Mr Cherry and Sizzling Steve all under one roof (albeit a bomb-proof, steel-and-concrete-reinforced roof) as they take on a record you can try at home - all you need are your hands, some eggs and maybe a mop.
