Former army chief's fury over ex-soldier Troubles prosecutions - Colonel Richard Kemp says he'll return his officer's commission in protest.

"I'm sick of hearing soldiers who fought to protect the citizens of Northern Ireland being compared with terrorists who set out deliberately to murder, maim and intimidate those same citizens." Those are the words of Colonel Richard Kemp. The former army chief has hit out at what he says are "soldiers being hounded through the courts". And he says he will now return the Commission awarded to him by the Queen. Colonel Kemp spoke to Vinny this morning.
 
Also on the programme, the DUP has accused the Irish Government of being "belligerent, interfering and Brit bashing" over Brexit. The comments were made by MP Sammy Wilson after the Tánaiste Simon Coveney dismissed the idea of using any form of infrastructure or technology on the Irish border, saying it would put the Good Friday Agreement at risk. He told the BBC that he expected the UK government to find a political, rather than a physical solution. Sammy Wilson also accused him of having his head stuck in the sand by refusing to consider technology as the solution to the border. Vinny spoke to our Economics and Business Editor John Campbell and got reaction from SDLP MLA Claire Hanna and commentator and former DUP MLA Nelson McCausland.
