Chris introduces a brand new '5 Before 6' DJ.

During Mental Health Awareness Week (14-20th May), Chris will be making guest appearances in BBC 1's Doctors. 

Through the week, Chris will explore the reasons why musicians can experience mental health issues.

Chris will be joined by Neuropsychologist Dr Catherine Loveday to explore the reasons why so many musicians suffer mental health problems. 

Dr Loveday says, "Professional musicians are routinely judged and measured against something that is often an emotional, personal and very fundamental expression of their innermost self."

Chris will ask listeners to suggest a song which evoke strong memories for his regular 5.15 request. Every weekday morning Chris plays a 'Worksong'. This week he plays Worksongs from 2003, 2008 and 2013, asking listeners to remember what they were doing when those songs were released.

He also introduces a brand new '5 Before 6' DJ.
