If you were given £10,000 at the age 25 what would you spend it on? We're asking after the Resolution Foundation suggested this could be a way to improve outcomes for people on low and modest incomes. After that we're joined by DJ Swami and Jyojo Baracus to talk about their podcast The Native Immigrants. Then Ankur speaks to journalist Poorna Bell to talk about her new book 'Chase the Rainbow'. It's based on the life of her husband, who took his own life after battling with depression. Also relationship expert Sheela-Macintosh-Steward tells Ankur how people in the West can find inspiration from Asian marriages. And we hear from two police officers who have recently been to the Indian state of Madhya Pradesh to share knowledge on how to deal with rape and sex abuse crimes.
