Young entrepreneurs in Libya battle it out to win Enjazi, the country's first ever nationwide start-up competition.

From the rubble of conflict, a new generation of Libyan entrepreneurs is emerging. 20 teams, comprising some of Libya's brightest young people, have been selected for the semi-finals of Libya's first start-up competition. For five weeks in Benghazi, teams will develop their ideas and pitch head-to-head against their rivals. Ranging from Libya's first registered mobile games company, to two all-female teams working for women's empowerment, the competition is fierce. Only ten teams can make it through to the finals in Beirut.

After suffering through years of turmoil in a war-torn country, some enterprising young Libyans are finding ways to create change. Step forward a new generation of Libyan entrepreneurs. Teams from all over the country have applied to be part of Enjazi, Libya's first nationwide start-up competition. 20 teams will be chosen to compete in the semi-finals in Benghazi. Ten teams will go to the finals in Beirut, and only three teams will be crowned as winners.
