Is it hard to admit you've got a gambling problem if you're Asian? We're asking this following a government review that wants to slash the maximum bets on fixed-odds betting machines from £100 to £2. After that Nomia is joined by a couple who are holding their wedding reception on the same day as Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. Then BBC Africa journalist, Nora Fakim, talks to us about her documentary 'My Mixed Up World', which is about her life as a mixed race person. And we hear from by rapper and poet Akala about his new book 'Natives Race and Class In The Ruins Of Empire'. It explores how social pressures got him into writing and debating these issues.
