Michael Buerk follows the team as they take on the case of John Powney, whose passion for music and vast record collection could lead to unexpected riches for his heirs. 

Meanwhile a mistake on a birth certificate sends the Heir Hunters on the wrong path in the search for beneficiaries to Alan John Lewis's estate. But their hard work pays off when they finally end up with 70 heirs and discover a fascinating family history, from street musicians to the workhouse and children sent to work in the mines.
