Facebook found Mark Zuckerberg answers questions before US congress for a second day

Facebook's founder has revealed that his data was among that harvested in a privacy scandal. Mark Zuckerberg made the disclosure during his second day of being questioned in Washington. We hear from journalists covering the hearing as well as regular Facebook users reacting to developments.
