Plus there's thirty minutes of jaw-dropping tunes in the Half Wower with music from the likes of Montell Jordan, Ace of Base and Stevie Wonder. Karthi Gnanasegaram is joined in the Sports Locker by Olympic gold medallist and GB Hockey Captain, Kate Richardson-Walsh. The mid-week Pause For Thought comes from Priest and Quaker Ruth Scott Anglican.
