JJ Chalmers presents coverage of the 400m freestyle heats in the swimming, plus on the track the 200m and the 400m hurdles, as well as the men's road cycling time trial.

Two-time Olympic medallist Jazz Carlin is one of the stars on show as the Commonwealth Games continues in Australia. The Welsh swimmer is competing in the 400m freestyle heats, with the action presented by JJ Chalmers. English sprint star Dina Asher-Smith takes to the track in the 200m heats, along with Scotland's most decorated track athlete Eilidh Doyle in the 400m hurdles. It is also the men's road cycling time trial, won by England's Alex Dowsett in 2014.
