According to a recent survey, more than half of British households have experienced a problem with their broadband service in the last year. The Which? customer satisfaction survey suggests that the UK's biggest broadband providers are still disappointing on customer service, tech support and reliability.

TOURNIQUET SYNDROME 
Mum Gemma Fraser tells us how her infant daughter almost lost two of her toes after they became bound in a strand of hair. Gemma now wants other parents to be made aware of the potential dangers. We're also joined by Midwife Cass McNamara.

LIVING WAGE 
The National Living Wage increased on Sunday from £7.50 to £7.83 for workers over 25. What's the minimum hourly amount you can live on? Lisa Lawson is the owner of Dear Green and founder of Glasgow Coffee Festival, Dan Docherty is a Bartender and Dr John McKendrick is Senior Lecturer at the Glasgow School for Business and Society at Glasgow Caledonian.

DEMENTIA AND SPORT 
How can sport help people with dementia? Relaxed golf is a new initiative which involves encouraging people with dementia to get back out on the course, to play again but in a less stressful environment. Jim Baird is a locality manager at Alzheimer Scotland, Professor June Andrews is adviser to the Dementia Services Development Trust and Richard McBrearty is project director Football Memories Scotland.

Mara Wasik weighed less than 3lb when she was born 10 weeks early.....she's now mastering the art of free diving. We're joined by her parents Nikki and Shaun (a marine biologist, diver and underwater photographer). Steve Turner is a consultant Paediatrician, representing Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health.
