Sara talks to zookeeper extraordinaire Giles Clark about his BBC Two programme Big Cats About the House and his sanctuary in Kent. Plus there's the Half Wower!

We speak to three Early Achievers who tell us what they've been up to in the early hours of the morning; Gary's cycling in Bilboa, Spain, teacher Helen's packing for a school trip to Iceland and Adrian's busy delivering aircraft parts in Aberdeen. We meet zoo-keeper extraordinaire Giles Clark who tells us about BBC Two's Big Cats About the House. Plus there's thirty minutes of upbeat, get-go music in the Half Wower including Arrested Development, M/A/R/R/S and Elvis Presley. Vassos is joined in the Sports Locker by American ultra-marathon runner Scott Jurek and Tuesday's Pause For Thought comes from writer and vicar Dave Tomlinson.
