Prof Brian Cox joins Shaun for his weekly Science chat & Georgie Rogers is here with the Music News which includes a chat with Stephen Malkmus about the forthcoming new Stephen Malkmus & the Jicks album on May 18th via Domino Records. In February, the band shared its twangy single 'Middle America,' the first new music to surface from the group since 2014. Stephen chats about that new single and how Malkmus & The Jicks have been recording and performing together for 17 years and how he has been working on the Netflix series Flaked (he penned the incidental music and the end theme song).
