Peter Varley wants a perfect seaside retreat while Greg and Nicola Thompson want an extra bedroom and a cinema room - will either of them get the dream homes they hope for? Peter expects to shell out £120,000 on his building works, and the Thompsons have set aside £70,000. Will it ultimately prove to be money well spent?
