Sinn Fein's Gerry Kelly says they had agreed a deal with the British government over legacy - but Sir Jeffrey Donaldson of the DUP says they were unaware of it.

Sir Jeffrey Donaldson claims he didn't know of a side deal between Sinn Fein and British government. His party the DUP is propping up the British government, and yet the DUP's justice spokesman says he was unaware of a key side deal on legacy. That was after Sinn Fein's Gerry Kelly told Mark Carruthers on the View that £150 million legacy inquest funding had been agreed between Sinn Fein and British government. BBC political correspondent Gareth Gordon sets this out for us, and we got reaction from Alliance MLA David Ford, UUP MLA Mike Nesbitt, SDLP MLA Dolores Kelly, Newsletter deputy editor Ben Lowry, Irish News journalist Allison Morris and we took your calls.

Also on the programme, the Nolan Show can exclusively reveal this morning that the new critical care building at the Royal Victoria Hospital will not open for at least another seven months. The state-of-the art £150 million building remains mainly closed to the public six years after it was to open. But new problems including issues around drainage and ventilation means ten out of the 12 floors remain closed. The critical care building was due to open in 2012 but is still without patients and staff in its theatres, rooms and corridors. We have been given new pictures of inside the building. Stephen got reaction from Ray Rafferty, the Unison rep at the Royal Victoria Hospital.
