It could be a busy day for workers in petrol stations this evening. Sean doesn't know why.

Vincent the taxi driver has bad memories of Valentine's Day. He got his girlfriend a card, chocolates and bought her dinner. Then she dumped him in the taxi on the way home. Sean says at least he got a lift. 
Sean's been reading the old book about Irish boxers that someone sent him at the weekend. There's a mention of Terry Milligan who worked in shorts. The Rathfriland Consultant suggests Sean go home and read a romantic novel and think on his youth. Did Sammy Pavis the Linfield footballer also play snooker? Or was that his brother Norman?
