John visits the Arenacross biking event in Belfast and meets local families taking part; there's live music with Edelle McMahon and cooking and chat with the studio guests.

John visits the Arenacross Tour event which has burst in Belfast and meets local families taking part who share a passion for biking. Monaghan singer-songwriter Edelle McMahon performs live in the studio and Ben Mudge, aka "Thor" talks about life as a fitness coach with cystic fibrosis. Paula McIntyre's also cooking a sizzle with aromatic beef shin, udon noodles and mushrooms.
