Should your children be taught about the P word? We're talking about this after a parent raised concerns about a children's book which contains the offensive term. The book in question is about a young Indian girl trying to adapt to life in the UK. Then poet and rapper Usaama Minhas talks to us about winning The 2018 Hammer and Tongue National Slam Final - a two day spoken word event at Royal Albert Hall. Also Faz Ahmed, who is the manager of a restaurant in Portsmouth, speaks to Nomia about flying dozens of curry orders out to France to feed British ex-pats who are missing their favourite food. After this, four people who are climbing Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania for charity join us to talk about why they are surprised such challenges don't appeal to other young Asians. And Operation Black Vote has a scheme to nurture future political talent. Each year they select young people to shadow existing MPs. Nomia is joined by Noorjahan Begum from Ilford, who will be shadowing Labour's Helen Hayes, and Sangeetha Wynter from Bristol, who will be shadowing Kerry McCarthy, who is her constituency MP.
