Authorities say a bomb attack on Shia cultural centre in Kabul has killed at least 40

Officials in Kabul, say at least forty people have been killed in a suicide bomb attack on a Shi'ite cultural centre in the west of the Afghan capital. An interior ministry spokesman said the main explosion was followed by two other blasts.
